No Bus-Only Shoulder Lanes on I-94? No Way!
Earlier this month, Governor Tim Pawlenty announced that the temporary shoulder lanes on Interstate I-94 between downtown Minneapolis and Highway 280 won't revert to bus-only shoulder lanes when the new Interstate 35W bridge opens.
